1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern access to shopasjm.com and ASJM buyer applications. By creating an account, placing an order, or using marketplace services, you agree to these terms. Users must be legally capable of entering a contract in their country; minors may use the service only through a parent or legal guardian.

2. Marketplace role

ASJM provides marketplace, checkout, customer-support and fulfillment coordination tools. A product page identifies the seller or ASJM Official store responsible for the listing. WooCommerce order records, the confirmed checkout total and the published seller terms form the order contract.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, protect login credentials and promptly report unauthorized access. Fraud, scraping, abusive communications, circumvention of country restrictions, false claims and interference with the service are prohibited.

4. Products, prices and orders

Images and descriptions should accurately represent the item, but display settings can affect colour. Currency conversion is informational until checkout. Taxes, duties and shipping charges are shown where available. An order may be rejected or cancelled for stock errors, pricing errors, payment failure, legal restrictions, fraud risk or inability to deliver; any captured amount will be handled under the refund policy.

5. Payments, delivery and returns

Payments are processed by the gateway selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. International orders can be subject to customs controls. Shipping, returns, refunds and buyer protection are governed by the linked ASJM policies and any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Intellectual property

ASJM branding, software and original content are protected. Sellers retain responsibility for rights in their listings and must not offer counterfeit or infringing goods.

7. Service availability and liability

We work to provide a secure, reliable marketplace but cannot promise uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

8. Changes and disputes

Material updates will be published with a revised effective date. Contact Customer Support first so we can investigate a dispute. Applicable mandatory consumer law and the law governing the marketplace operator continue to apply.
