Seller standards

Sellers must pass required approval checks, provide accurate business and payout information, maintain stock and pricing, ship within published handling times, respond to support requests and comply with tax, consumer, product-safety and privacy laws.

Listing standards

Listings must use accurate titles, images, specifications, origin, warehouse, delivery, condition and total-price information. Fake reviews, duplicate or misleading listings, keyword abuse and counterfeit goods are prohibited.

Orders and customer service

Sellers must fulfil paid orders, provide valid tracking where available, respect ASJM return decisions and protect buyer data. Buyer contact data may be used only to fulfil and support the relevant transaction.

Enforcement

ASJM may remove listings, hold affected payouts, request evidence, restrict countries, suspend stores or terminate access for risk, legal non-compliance or repeated policy violations. Serious unlawful activity may be reported to relevant authorities.
