Returns and Refunds Policy

Return request window

Submit a return request within 7 calendar days after recorded delivery. A request is reviewed before any item is sent back. Do not return goods to the sender address without an ASJM return authorization and instructions.

Eligible returns

Items may be eligible when materially different from the listing, damaged on arrival, defective, incorrect or incomplete. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted where the seller allows them and mandatory local law does not provide a different rule. Products must normally be unused, with original components, packaging and proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

Unless defective or required by law, exclusions can include personalized goods, hygiene-sensitive or opened personal-care products, perishable goods, digital content after access, intimate apparel after opening, gift cards, hazardous materials and items damaged through misuse.

Return shipping

For a verified defective, damaged or incorrect item, the responsible seller bears reasonable approved return costs. For an approved change-of-mind return, the buyer normally bears return shipping and any non-refundable customs charges.

Refund timing and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection or accepted delivery evidence. ASJM normally initiates the refund within 5–10 business days; banks and payment providers may require additional processing time. Original expedited shipping and customs charges are not refundable unless the return results from seller or fulfillment error or law requires otherwise.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not reduce cancellation, warranty or return rights that apply mandatorily in the buyer’s country.
