Prohibited goods and services

Listings may not offer illegal goods; counterfeit or stolen property; weapons, explosives or instructions to create them; illegal drugs or controlled substances; human exploitation; sexual content involving minors; malware; fraudulent documents; unauthorized financial products; recalled or unsafe products; or goods that infringe intellectual-property rights.

Restricted categories

Alcohol, tobacco/nicotine, medicines, supplements, medical devices, cosmetics, batteries, chemicals, adult products, food, plants, animal products, surveillance equipment and age-restricted goods require all applicable approvals and may be unavailable in some countries or payment channels.

Seller duty

Sellers are responsible for legality in the origin and destination countries and for carrier, customs, payment-provider and platform restrictions. ASJM may request compliance documents or remove a listing without prior sale.
