Covered transactions

Buyer Protection applies to eligible orders placed and paid through ASJM checkout. It supports claims for non-delivery, material listing differences, verified damage, missing items and incorrect goods.

Buyer responsibilities

Use accurate account and delivery information, keep the product and packaging while a claim is reviewed, provide requested evidence and do not arrange payment outside ASJM.

Claim review

ASJM may review tracking, carrier events, listing details, seller responses, photographs, videos and order communications. Resolutions may include replacement, partial refund, full refund, return authorization or claim rejection where evidence does not support the request.

Exclusions

Protection does not cover off-platform payments, buyer-caused damage, prohibited use, refusal to pay customs charges, inaccurate addresses, fraudulent claims or ordinary wear. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
