Warehouse and destination

The product card and order details identify the resolved “Ships from” country. Availability, carrier options and delivery estimates depend on the selected product, warehouse and buyer destination.

Processing and estimates

Processing begins after payment and stock validation. Business days exclude local weekends and public holidays. Delivery ranges are estimates, not guarantees, and may change because of customs, carrier disruption, weather, address issues or peak demand.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking is added when supplied by the fulfillment provider. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages from different warehouses without changing the total items ordered.

Customs, taxes and restricted destinations

Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or destination charges may be payable by the recipient unless checkout states otherwise. Buyers must provide an accurate, deliverable address and comply with local import restrictions.

Loss, damage and delivery issues

Report missing, damaged, incomplete or incorrectly delivered orders through Customer Support as soon as possible. Visible damage or a wrong item should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with package labels, photographs or video where reasonably available.
