Information we collect

We collect account and contact information, billing and delivery details, order and return records, support communications, device and log data, cookie identifiers, shopping country, wishlist/compare activity and fraud-prevention signals. Payment card details are handled by the selected payment gateway and are not intentionally stored by ASJM.

How information is used

Data is used to create accounts, process and deliver orders, display localized currency and availability, prevent abuse, provide support, comply with legal duties, improve marketplace performance and send marketing only where permitted.

Sharing and international processing

Required information may be shared with the relevant seller, warehouse, fulfillment and logistics providers, payment processors, hosting/security vendors, professional advisers and authorities where legally required. International orders can require cross-border processing with appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for orders, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. We use access controls, secure transport and operational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Account deletion requests can be submitted through Customer Support; records required for completed orders, fraud prevention or law may be retained. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Children

The marketplace is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to data processing. A parent or guardian should contact us if a child submitted personal data without authorization.

Apps and third-party services

The ASJM app and website may open payment, maps, analytics, notification or customer-support services. Those providers process information under their own notices. App permissions will be requested only when needed for the stated feature.
